Know the limits before going live

You decide what AI may do

Agree what information it may use and which actions need approval. A booking or payment is complete only after the connected system confirms it. Begin with a limited task.

People remain responsible

Name a person or team for uncertain answers, complaints and urgent situations. Test what happens when nobody is available or a connection fails. AI is not an emergency service.

Handle information deliberately

Decide what customer details are needed, who may see them and how long to keep them. Review consent and recording settings. Keep passwords, card details and sensitive records out of the public demo.

Review your actual setup

Ask which providers receive data, where it is processed and which controls and contract terms apply. Availability, retention and integrations depend on configuration. This page does not claim certification or automatic compliance.

Security architecture

Tenant isolation

Every record, call, message, credential reference, workflow and audit event is bound to one tenant.

Least privilege

Owners, staff, partner operators and platform operators receive only the roles and locations required.

Provider authenticity

Signed callbacks are checked before parsing; changed replays are rejected and exact retries are safe.

Responsible operations

Human control

Businesses can pause agents, require approval, define escalation and take over a specific conversation.

Payment separation

Payment links belong to each business. Spoken claims never replace provider-confirmed payment events.

Knowledge grounding

Only approved, fresh and audience-safe content may support an answer; insufficient evidence triggers escalation.
